Outstanding customer service. I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weeken I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weekend and they have my car done and checked out by Tuesday the 28th. It was a smooth process. They even took care of my Rent-A-Car. More

Overall good experience coming in for my first service at Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, so I have now chosen Penske. Worst dealership I have ever done business with. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE OR DO ANY BUSINESS!! Kevin Bisson is the worst and most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. They damaged my vehicle and to get them to repair the damages they caused was like pulling teeth! This seems very common at this dealership just read the other reviews!
