The service was just OK. I’m new to the area and in search of my go to Cadillac dealership for service. I signed up online for the 30,000 mile tuneup, and put a note that I’d I’m new to the area and in search of my go to Cadillac dealership for service. I signed up online for the 30,000 mile tuneup, and put a note that I’d like to be called to make sure I understand the process before I arrive. no one called me, and I had to reach out. I was told I’d have a rental car ready for me, but when I got there, there was no notes of that and I had to wait. They said they rotated the tires, but before I came in the rear driver side tire had been slowly losing air . Now that I have the car back, that same tire is still losing air. Which makes me concerned the tires weren’t rotated, or there’s something wrong with my alignment. Either way it should’ve been caught. I mentioned my last four vehicles have been Cadillacs, And at some point, I probably have to consider the lyric. No one even showed me to the show room, or where I could see the new vehicle, just that I could wait by the service entrance for the rental to arrive. Unfortunately, I had hoped this would be my new place. But after this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending to someone else. More
