Except for a somewhat long wait to obtain a sales representative, our buying experience at Penske was excellent. As an aside, your trade-in offer on my 2013 Buick LaCrosse was quite low at $2500. I sold my Buick at Carmax® and although I live in Rancho Cucamonga, Bob was extremely helpful in letting me know that there was a Carmax® ~ 1/2 mile away which would honor their $7,000 online offer - which they did. Bob even kindly offered to pick me up at Carmax®, but I chose to walk. More

The wait was horrible, I was told an hour for service and was there for well over 3 hours. Misinformation provided by the parts department, told an item would be available for me to pick up in a couple hour was there for well over 3 hours.
