Before we chat on the phone I think that we should look into this a little. I am complaining that I was directed to sign or initial numerous documents without being informed of the cost. I complained to the BBB and received a note from somebody at your business that says that I signed something called a Pre-Contract Disclosure. Now I did see that I did as instructed in that I signed something that said I had received 11 documents, number 11 being the Pre-Contract Disclosure twice. I was given a thumb drive with 72 pages in a single file that mentions such a Disclosure but that’s it, I can’t find the document. I may have signed it or not as I don’t seem to have it. I have some questions/requests: 1. I would like a copy that document and any of the 10 others that are not in this file. 2. Is this the procedure that Finance uses: Get the buyer to sign everything first and then hand them a thumb drive? 3. Was there any actual person who was supposed to go over this document with me? I sent a certified letter to your dealership and received no response. I also sent one to the Cancel Request dept. of GM. I also called your dealership and asked to speak to the Finance Dept. and was asked by the person “What is this about?”. I told her and she said that she would leave them a note and that they would call me later. They never did. I have received an approval from GM for a return of the amount charged for 3 things that I was charged for, the protection plan, Tire and wheel, and appearance guard. I can send the response to the BBB complaint and the file on the thumb drive. That is a total of $6,825 to be applied to my loan. I will continue to do reviews until I see those funds.
