Baren and Jorge were outstanding! After being lured to Oenske Chevrolet by Hein under false pretenses following negotiations for a vehicle through the internet sales team, my daughter After being lured to Oenske Chevrolet by Hein under false pretenses following negotiations for a vehicle through the internet sales team, my daughter and I left work and drove for over an hour to Cerritos only to be told there were no vehicles in stock. The bait and switch was extremely frustrating. Incomes Baren and Jorge to save the day! Baren was professional and accommodating, providing us with a great deal on the last Chevy Trax in stock, and eased our concerns. Jorge was great to work with and he was very helpful showing my daughter how to use the app on her phone to enhance her experience. These guys are what customer service and engagement are all about!
