Went in for an oil crank shaft leak and I found out this was common with Chevy Colorado’s . Why wasn’t there a recall issued? Also, after getting my car back, the front end needed a realignment. Truck was promised to be ready, we drove down to buy/pick up the truck and it wasn’t ready and was told we had to buy the truck first then bring it back for cleaning and repairs and color sand .Paperwork was up the truck and it wasn’t ready and was told we had to buy the truck first then bring it back for cleaning and repairs and color sand .Paperwork was wrong and after all of that there’s a part hanging from under the glove box that nobody fixed and the windshield has a chip in the bottom driver side that I didn’t notice because the truck was dirt, not sure if a gm certified vehicle should have a chipped windshield?. Only got got 3/4 tank of gas. I will never do business nor refer anyone to this dealership!! I own a business myself and pride myself in customer service and this was far from good customer service!! More

I've recently went to have a minor repaired done, but the squeaking noise is still there. I felt like the car has parked there, but nothing has been done to fix the noise. Other than that, the oil changed w squeaking noise is still there. I felt like the car has parked there, but nothing has been done to fix the noise. Other than that, the oil changed was great. For future services, I might head to another dealers for the services and comparison. More
