Purchased a CPO Suburban which had many problems. The 172-point inspection indicated the vehicle was good. Unfortunately, there was several issues that was not noticed until after purchasing. I purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago and it has been at my local Chevrolet dealer for 2 weeks awaiting repairs and parts. I would beware of purchasing a CPO vehicle from here. More

Customer service was subpar. The advisor did not communicate well with me on the conversations regarding the parts that were ordered. My car was there for at least 10 business da The advisor did not communicate well with me on the conversations regarding the parts that were ordered. My car was there for at least 10 business day. I had to call multiple times for updates. He had nothing new to tell me other than they are waiting for another dealership to send it but no reason why it was taking long. Upon completion my car was returned to me extremely dirty from sitting outside. He said they don’t wash cars. I’m disappointed in the customer service all around More
