Unsatisfactory Service 5 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Car came back unwashed, as well. We asked for estimates multiple times, and barely received them 5 5 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Car came back unwashed, as well. We asked for estimates multiple times, and barely received them 5 1/2 hours later. One of the estimates was not even for the correct part. Poor customer service. Representatives don't care if you're satisfied. Two other equally dissatisfied customers while we were there. More
