Most dealerships seem to be 'no pressure' now days so that is refreshing. That said, most dealers also seem to hit you with a bunch of add on costs that you have to pay for to purchase the vehicle that w that is refreshing. That said, most dealers also seem to hit you with a bunch of add on costs that you have to pay for to purchase the vehicle that was posted at price on-line. Penske Chevrolet does not add on hidden costs and options that were not asked for and it is extremely refreshing! That is reason enough to go straight to them for my next Chevy purchase! More

The cost of replacing (remove and replace) a generator was extremely high. Assuming it took 8 hours to complete the task, the hourly cost is $145.625, it is outrageous that the dealer would charge that mu was extremely high. You probably have lost a Chevrolet customer because of your questionable business practices unless you can make amends. More
