Upset, I agreed to a 66 month loan, ended with 75 cuz was tired and hungry because we waited 5 hours not paying attention durning the loan agreement. It might sound odd that I am writing a review for a car I didn't end up purchasing, but I'm doing so because I wanted to recognize the excellent service that I received, even though I didn't end up being a c didn't end up purchasing, but I'm doing so because I wanted to recognize the excellent service that I received, even though I didn't end up being a customer of the dealership and the Sales Consultant whom I worked with, Leah Sneed. I first met Leah when I came in to test drive a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Bolt EV. I had test driven a Nissan Leaf at a different dealership that morning, and Penske Chevrolet in Cerritos was my second stop. Leah quickly informed me that the inventory of Bolts that were available on the lot were less than what I had seen online, due to several of them being sold in the days before my visit. She was very honest and upfront from the get go. When we test drove one of the models that I had been looking at, she was proactive in pointing out all the features of the car, and she was very knowledgable in answering all my EV-related questions (it was my first time purchasing an EV, so I was new to the process). She even showed me multiple Bolts to try to ease my concerns about the trunk space on the Bolt. Leah also inquired about the possibility of my upgrading to a Bolt EUV. When I told her it was beyond my budget, she was never pushy about trying to upsell me and let it go immediately. That was refreshing to see from a salesperson at a car dealership. After I left that day, she followed up with me, but never pestered me, like another dealership I had contacted did. Her level of communication was the perfect balance between too little and too much. When I mentioned that I was unable to return to Penske Chevrolet the following day to make a decision on the vehicle, because my wife and I shared a car and I didn't have a way to get to Cerritos, she even offered me a ride from my house in West LA all the way out there. Due to my schedule, I couldn't take her up on the offer, but it was yet another sign of her commitment to her customers. Lastly, when she knew that I was deciding between a Nissan Leaf and the Bolt, she told me that if I was sure I didn't want the Bolt, she could put me in touch with people she knew at Cerritos Nissan. That level of concern for *my* needs above her own as a salesperson really reveals her upstanding character and genuine empathy for her customers. At the end of the day, due to the feature differences and my personal taste in terms of the style of the interior of the car, I ended up going with the Nissan Leaf. But if it had come down to just service, Leah and Penske Chevrolet would have won, hands down. So if you're looking for a Chevy or other GM vehicle, you will be well taken care of by Leah Sneed at Penske Chevrolet. Count on that. More
