Had to wait for longer than 30 to get back my car although I was told it was ready! Had to chase around the rep to check if she had gotten my car delivered to the driveway however chisme was better although I was told it was ready! Had to chase around the rep to check if she had gotten my car delivered to the driveway however chisme was better she was talking to her coworkers instead of having my vehicle ready to go, then she realized I was waiting too long so she rushed to get the paperwork done. Very unprofessional! This is the second time I come here and the treatment has been very poor. Aside from making me wait, high prices, I get the rudest customer service. I am NOT a happy customer. My time is VALUABLE. More
