This place has to be the worst service department. I scheduled my truck for a oil change service online for 5:00pm and noted that I would be waiting for the car. Upon arrival at 4:45pm, I was told that they do not take people after 4:00pm or will have to leave the car overnight. I expressed that I had an appointment and that I would be waiting for the car. they refuse to take the car and service it. It was until I requested to speak to a manager that they changed their mind and wanted to perform the oil change. I did not thrust them to perform the work. After while the manager came, I informed him of the situation, and he told me that they made a mistake and that they would do the oil change. I did not have them do the oil change, they are not trustworthy, and I had felt that they would do something to retaliate against me for bringing the car at 5:00pm. the manager got angry that I even had him come out to talk to me. Again, worst service ever. this is the third time that they have refuse to do work on my new truck because of the time I took the vehicle to service. If they do not accept vehicle after 4:00pm then they should post the time online. It is too bad that I will no longer take my truck to them, been 1 mile away from home. Instead, I have to drive further to get my service done. Shame at Penske Chevrolet for not putting they customer first. This department need attention. More

On Memorial day my wife and I Purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 Bison. The total price was about 100 thousand. When we came back I unintentionally asked for some other person to open the truck up so I can see. The new person I spoke to and the older one had an argument over getting my car keys for the trade in of my other truck and made me decide whom to give the keys too and give them commission. Since I was partially to blame I gave the authority to the first man I spoke too. The 2nd man went inside and started yelling and getting up set at people and the manager about the situation. I disliked that because my wife was inside with our 2 year old son waiting and my son got scared. After all said and done it felt like forever to get the car, credit check, financing and paper work ( Not sure if intentional so they could say I was getting a good price ) Hard to entertain a 2 year old boy during 5 hours. My wife is a Nurse and I am a veteran and they gave us a small discount of maybe 500 dollars. Lastly my biggest complaint was that after we finalized the sale. The lady who did the paper work told us we would have car insurance full coverage for 15 days. It ended up being a lie as they cannot insure a car more than 80,000 and ours was over. We called our insurance whom was closed. The next day our insurance had their system down and couldn't insure us. I ended up having to find another insurance company that could get us insured right away because we didn't want to have a 100,000 car get damaged with no coverage. So The dealer let us drive a few days uninsured and made it such a hassle for us and made my son cry. They even promised us if we gave a 5 start review after the sale we would get 15 days of free auto insurance which was a lie. Overall A bad experience. I bought my Colorado there before and might have to consider another dealer. I wouldn't be surprised if they reach out to me and say give us 5 stars and we will give you an oil change promise, and not make your child cry. More
The turn around for fixing my car was faster than the ohter 2 dealership that I have previously dealt with even with appointment schedule for check engine light on. After had gave him the ok to replace my turbo and catalytic converter. Got a call back the next day that my car was ready for me to pick up. Great job to him and the shop for making it happen so quickly.. More

It would have been nice to have my vehicle run through the car wash. I would have liked to have the service advisor ask about my rewards points. Had I not asked, he probably would have charged me the $75 the car wash. I would have liked to have the service advisor ask about my rewards points.
