Service lady’s customer service skills left a lot to be desired. She was actually a bit rude and wouldn’t answer my questions. All she was focused on was her iPad. Also, the systems don’t seem to commun desired. She was actually a bit rude and wouldn’t answer my questions. All she was focused on was her iPad. Also, the systems don’t seem to communicate with each other. I received several letters and emails regarding 2 recalls asking me to bring the car in, but when I show up the service lady didn’t seem to acknowledge the recalls. Another example: I made an appointment. Then, due to excessive traffic, I had to remake it for later, but she couldn’t see either appointment in her iPad. All very strange, leading me to feel not at all confident about the place, its organization and professionalism. More

Took almost (2 hours) to reach someone an hour after we turned the car in for recall. Wanted to add an item for them to look at. (rear washer). Ended up going thru sales dept who kindly walked over to th turned the car in for recall. Wanted to add an item for them to look at. (rear washer).
