I bought my new, 2015 Impala LX from Penske. Penske handles all my required maintenance. This year, a shuttle bus damaged my passenger side door at Tampa Int’l Airport. The complete repair process wa handles all my required maintenance. This year, a shuttle bus damaged my passenger side door at Tampa Int’l Airport. The complete repair process was handled by the insurance companies and Penske Collision. I drove my car to Penske Collision, was given a rental car till repairs were completed. Penske is the best for sales and service. I have leased at least 3 Grand Prix and 3 Malibu’s and was happy with all salespeople. Service has always been excellent too!!!
