Thank you Jace for responding and calling me back. Your concern and understanding was a welcome change. I wish your staff had shown me the same respect. All I expected up front- at the very least- was a complimentary diagnosis to pinpoint the cause of the leaks. I appreciate you offering some small compensation to cover the diagnosis that never happened. Overall I’m not satisfied with my buying experience- but I do appreciate that you cared enough to respond.
