Every dealership has their pushy salesmen that has “been in the business for 29 years” and “know what’s best for you” instead of giving you options on the car you’re spending money on and unfortunately I go in the business for 29 years” and “know what’s best for you” instead of giving you options on the car you’re spending money on and unfortunately I got stuck with him. In order to save the sale, the manager came and talked to us, made it a much better experience and we drove home in a brand new Honda Accord. More

I met with the receptionist to leave my car for its maintenance and she provided me with a car to use for the day. Everything was handled very professionally. I was called by the customer receptionist maintenance and she provided me with a car to use for the day. Everything was handled very professionally. I was called by the customer receptionist that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealership, I handed the receptionist the keys to the car I had borrowed, and she handed my Leo’s and I was in my way. Very good experience. More

All I encountered were kind & thoughtful. I went in for a problem with car a 2007 carb that I dearly loved & had purchased new from this dealer. Has been serviced there all these years. Found to be too costly to repair & needed to replace all I encountered were supportive & understanding I was overwhelmed with news. I had literally loved this car Realized I needed to replace it. Ended up purchasing a 2024 li mile car after much work & fu in Tom Hackett part to fund car that fit me & my needs. Met Phil Meade for appraisal Christopher intake person who I first met was clear in explanation & answering questions thus all started on Monday & found my replacement car in Friday Doug whom I dealt with for signing & paying was also kind & answered questions & cincerns.
