It was the first time I had taken my CRV for it's oil change and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I took it in on a Saturday and didn't need to make an appoinment so I was able to run my Sat. change and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The service person who took my car was very courteous, told me about how long it would take (it took even less)and told me where I could be comfortable while waiting. I was recognized when I came in and told someone would be with me in a moment, which there was. I needed to go to a restaurant across the street to meet my son and have lunch and someone drove me over, dropp with me in a moment, which there was. It was the first time I've tried going on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. Ryan greeted me and politely covered everything for the A16 service. He said how long it would take. We decided to go have breakfast and do some shopping. Ryan called in about 50 minutes - even quicker than we expected to let us know the car was ready for pick up. When we returned Ryan went over every aspect of the service and I felt he totally took care of us. I was extremely satisfied - as I always am with Penske service and the whole Penske experience. We were impressed from the internet response all the way to when we drove off the lot with our new crv. Internet: Doyle sent me 3 prices msrp invoice and bottom line. I love that!
