John began by beating the numbers I had seen on the Honda USA site by a considerable amount, and we ended even a bit lower than that. This was all offered up by the way, I didn't have to say a word, or "haggle" at all. What an immensely pleasurable experience. I am a fan of the Honda products and have had all my service done at the Penske dealership because I am a HUGE fan of the in the last almost 3 years. I found the Pilot online and submitted an interest request and heard from Doyle the next morning (first thing). He was very easy to talk to and honest about what he could and couldn't do for my price request and heard from Doyle the next morning (first thing).
