We had a great experience at Penske Honda Ontario. We went in to explore our options since our lease is coming to an end, and from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Rafael, our salesperson, made us feel very comfortable right away. We shared all our questions and concerns, and he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. He then introduced us to Jaime Vaca, the manager, who was honestly one of the best we’ve worked with. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He answered every question in detail, presented us with the best options, and helped guide us toward the car we really wanted, while staying within our budget and needs. Throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured. Instead, we felt supported and well-informed. At the end, Rafael walked us through all the features of the car and made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. 100% recommended.
