I needed the infamous Takayuki airbag recall done on my 01 civic. The notice was sent to me last year, but due to COVID and other stuff, never got the chance to get it done. Called them the day before and 01 civic. The notice was sent to me last year, but due to COVID and other stuff, never got the chance to get it done. Called them the day before and once everything was verified, got an early morning appointment set. Went there the day of, left my keys for the service department and got all signed in with David. What’s really convenient is they have lots of comfortable seating, well distanced already for both privacy and coronavirus. I used their cool cubicle style laptop stations to do some work while charging my phone. Everyone was also able to watch TV on the big screen as well to make their wait easy. Took about 1.5 hours for my car do get done and got a text letting me know. One thing that can get improved is, I didn’t know what to do when I got the text, whether to go back to my David’s desk or go out to the car waiting area. Either let the customer know the next steps when doing the paperwork or on the text. since it was the first time going to this dealer, no reference on what to do. Thanks. More
