Hello. I work 12 hour days, four days a week. Finding the time to drive over the to get my car service isn’t easy and in these times with the virus it’s even harder But I had a couple hours of time come the time to drive over the to get my car service isn’t easy and in these times with the virus it’s even harder But I had a couple hours of time come free and my wife and I just took off to the dealer ship to see if they had time to service our car. We called on our way there and the person on the phone said we needed a appointment we explained that we dont get much free time during the week and she found time for us so we showed up and the service man Derrick Poon jumped on the paper work and bam our car got taken care of and he showed us a couple things we didn’t know about our car. Our second trip to service die our new 2020 Pilot. Brakes groan when going in reverse. Tech said he couldn’t duplicate the noise and did NOT need to listen to the video we have of it clearly making a sound t groan when going in reverse. Tech said he couldn’t duplicate the noise and did NOT need to listen to the video we have of it clearly making a sound that isn’t right. 6 hours total so far sitting at Service Dept. Still no resolution. Hard to carve that kind of time out of our day. More
