From the moment my car was in the line to check in for service someone greeted me to reassure me I would be helped shortly. He said my car needed the A1 + B1 service, he was good at explaining what it was for. He informed me that my service may take longer since it was a Saturday. He informed me there was coffee at the waiting lounge or the area had nearby restaurants. Anthony gave me the best service ever. I was out of there with 3 hours. Again as I was leaving & was waiting for my car to be brought to the front the gentleman there asked if I had been helped & were ready to help. I really enjoyed my experience at Penske Honda, I will definitely return. More

Being oversold can be a put off, and I never once felt that here. My salesman, Ryan, was very honest and let me decide what I wanted to do.
