Gia Bravo is great. Penske is my new Honda dealership. Been going to Rock forever. Bought 3. New cars there. . Had all my service done there. Even tires. Rock is always Penske is my new Honda dealership. Been going to Rock forever. Bought 3. New cars there. . Had all my service done there. Even tires. Rock is always trying to upsale you. Last straw was Air filter and cabin filter. Told them no. I already changed my self. Sent my wife in and they changed both filters and charged her $139.00. I talked to Amanda service writer. She refused to make any adjustments. Stupid on her part. My whole family is in the car business. I am well aware of customers service. I will never be back. Also recommended 3 friends that bought cars there. No more. Penske is my new Honda dealership. Thanks More

I brought my daughters car down for the check engine light. As usual I was greeted quickly and with a smile. I asked for Salam (service advisor) , this guy is the best. Salam always greets you with posi light. As usual I was greeted quickly and with a smile. I asked for Salam (service advisor) , this guy is the best. Salam always greets you with positive energy and a smile. He makes you feel more than just a customer. I let him know why I’m there. He called me a couple hours later, like he said to let me know what the problem was. They replaced the part, the problem is gone. I don’t want to forget the mechanics. I bring my car here as well. I haven’t had to return for the same problem. I highly recommend Penske Honda of Ontario. Thank you and keep up the good work. More
