Straight forward service. Not a bait and switch dealership. Recently moved to the area, and stopped into another dealership. Within 5 minutes, I had a bad gut feeling about that place. As I was still talking with their service tech. I called Penske Honda and asked them the same question. Not only did I get a different answer, and the correct answer. The price quoted was half of the price the other dealer tried to charge. I asked for my car and left. Best decision I had made. More
