Typically, Derrick Poon is my go-to Honda Rep. He was occupied with another customer. At the same time, wasn't expecting to replace 4 tires and rear breaks. After speaking with Joshua West and Fred Wilson, they were attentive and took care of my daughter's car. Not too long after picking up my daughter's car, we experienced the (Start Button) ignition having a hiccup of a time starting. Will be reaching out first thing tomorrow morning. More
