I have been to Penske Honda in Ontario r times. 1st time GREAT, 2nd time was GREAT, 3rd time was terrible, and this time GREAT. I have yet to here from the Serice Manger on the 3rd time. She sent m 1st time GREAT, 2nd time was GREAT, 3rd time was terrible, and this time GREAT. I have yet to here from the Serice Manger on the 3rd time. She sent me an email but never responded to the email that I sent her. This time was GREAT, Derek helped me out but this Survey is not based on Derek but rather with my Overall thoughts on the Service Department as a whole. I will still continue to go to Penske Honda Ontario as I own 3 Honda Accords. A 2013 Honda Accord Touring, a 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid and a 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid.. The Dealership that I would not recomend for service is Valley Hi Honda although I live closer to that one. I would much rather make the 42mile drive to Penske Honda in Ontario. More
