Bought a brand new car here and wish I never had. Worst customer service and communication ever !!! Had to take car to replace back window tint because it was bubbled when I bought the car. The tint Worst customer service and communication ever !!! Had to take car to replace back window tint because it was bubbled when I bought the car. The tint guy ruined my leather seats and headliner when replacing the tint. Had to fight to have it replaced. Car sat there for a MONTH while they found the cheapest route to fix it even after I specifically told them I wanted it replaced! Wasn’t able to enjoy the perks you get with a new car (XM Radio/KARR). Instead I was fighting to get my BRAND NEW car fixed. I would call because no one EVER called me with updates and was told the car was ready for pick up only to take off work and go there to have it not fixed. The seat was replaced but the headliner was water damaged from the tint job. They kept trying to spot clean it. After the 4th time of going there to pick it up it still was damaged. After voicing my frustration to the manager, Noe he walked away from me telling me he was not going to deal with my “verbal abuse” and stated I was a one star customer. All because he refused to try and understand how frustrating this was for me. The car had 3 miles when I bought it and has already had a seat and headliner replaced due to complete carelessness…. I only gave it one star because that was the least I could do. I would NEVER do business with these people again and sorry I EVER did…. More
