The car is great we bought. Used 2019 Odyssey. The price was right. I thought we had done all the "wrangling" on the phone and online but when we got ready to finalize the dea Used 2019 Odyssey. I thought we had done all the "wrangling" on the phone and online but when we got ready to finalize the deal they started adding things to the price, like a security system which they said they put on all their cars (the technology is on all the cars and if you say yes to the additional $1K plus they activate it otherwise they deactivate it.) We didn't agree to this system ahead of time so for them to arbitrarily add it felt like a bait and switch game. The pressure they continued to buy this extra package and that extra 'assurance' continued all the way to the Finance Dept. We financed through our credit union so they subjected us to this high pressure, sometimes resorting to shaming, sales crap just turned me off. We came close to walking out without buying the car. This is why people HATE buying from a dealer. I get they need to make a profit but all this garbage was unnecessary. If we said no we meant no through the entirety of the deal. Sales folks, Tyson and Frank, were cordial and went out of their way to help. The managers and finance folks could take a lesson in listening to their customers. We have a nice car we hope to drive for many years to come. More
