We had an appt for service at 11am. Arrived at 10:45 & was told it would be 1.5 hours. We waited. At 12:15 we were told our car was next to be serviced. I asked why have an appt if it doesn’t mean anything. I was told they were busy. Again why an appt. We finally received our car at 1:20. No courtesy car to take us anywhere else to wait. Our service rep Fred was very helpful & he was at mercy of service. More
