The people are very nice and professional. However I did not like when you had a set price the salesperson came back with the contract with a different price. They added optional items to contract without asking. Making the price shoot up 7 to 8 thousand dollars. Then, try to convince you to get it. If you decline it's ok but when you go to finance office, they try to upsell you again. Making it seem you're getting a great add on package. They exceed the price of the original agreement from the sales floor. So beware of these things. Just your regular alarm and a maintenance package is good. More
