My husband and I have been bringing our Hondas for service here for 3 years + I was disappointed this last visit (brought in for an oil change) because I have brought my vehicle in for a rattling sou service here for 3 years + I was disappointed this last visit (brought in for an oil change) because I have brought my vehicle in for a rattling sound multiple times in the past 1-2 years-nothing was ever diagnosed until now, as a consumer, it makes me feel not valued. It also makes me second guess the accuracy of the diagnostic inspection. Also, I was asked if I wanted a car wash at the completion of the oil change and they didn’t do it.
