Our second trip to service die our new 2020 Pilot. Brakes groan when going in reverse. Tech said he couldn’t duplicate the noise and did NOT need to listen to the video we have of it clearly making a sound t groan when going in reverse. Tech said he couldn’t duplicate the noise and did NOT need to listen to the video we have of it clearly making a sound that isn’t right. 6 hours total so far sitting at Service Dept. Still no resolution. Hard to carve that kind of time out of our day. More
