I had the best experience with Ken that I’ve ever had at this dealership. He was attentive and even went the extra mile when it came to a deal on my ac unit. I had my brakes done and I noticed that my rotors had not been turned and I called back and left a message to the person who I dealt with and I never had a call back. I still have a grinding noise on my left front brake. I told Ken about it and he said the brakes were fine but I know what it shouldn’t sound like and I think it should have been addressed more than just taking a measurement of the brake pads. All in all this particular visit was great! Next time I I have my brakes done I will be meticulous in accepting the vehicle. My wife drives it and told me about the problem three weeks after service and I should have received a phone call after leaving a message but I guess that advisor doesn’t care. Thanks for the amazing service Ken and I hope you can help me in the future! More
