First time stopping by Penske Toyota. I didn’t have an appt when I stopped by.. I honestly took a chance and was hoping my car would get checked for a bettery replacement.. Carlos Herrera’s customer service in the service department was amazing. He was able to service my car without an appt. and get me the battery that I needed for my car..
