I have been coming to this location for years, but after my recent service experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. My biggest issue is the lack of communication and how customer concerns are ha my recent service experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. My biggest issue is the lack of communication and how customer concerns are handled. After my service, I felt like I was just handed my keys and sent on my way without a clear explanation of what was done, what was checked, or what still needed attention. Since my car had not been used for about a year due to my injuries, I had genuine concerns and wanted to make sure everything was properly looked over. I felt like I had to ask questions because nothing was really explained to me. I asked why my tire pressure light was still on and also asked about my window/keypad issue. Instead of receiving a clear breakdown of possible causes, the answers quickly went toward expensive possibilities like sensors, diagnostics, or electrical issues. That made me feel uneasy because I was not given enough explanation to understand what was actually going on. I was also told my engine air filter was dirty, but when I checked it myself, it was not dirty. Situations like that make it hard to trust the recommendations being made. Because I did not feel confident after the service, I came back a second time and asked the Service Director/Manager to confirm that everything I paid for was completed correctly. Unfortunately, that interaction made the experience worse. His tone and demeanor came across as dismissive, short, and unprofessional, like my concern was an inconvenience instead of a valid question from a customer. Customers should not feel uncomfortable for asking questions about their own car, especially after paying for service. I wanted reassurance and clear communication, but I left feeling dismissed and like they were not looking out for my best interest. After this experience, I have lost confidence in this location and will be looking for another place for service. More
