He returned my calls regularly, was very honest about specific things I was considering adding or going without on my new car, and did not give off the salesman feel that I had previously encountered in my car search. We handled finances, car insurance, and other major details in advance, so I ended up being handled very efficiently when I went to the actual dealership. I was in and out in 1 hour and 40 minutes and this included a test drive of the car, even though I already knew I really wanted it! I drove to Downey from West Hollywood, because I preferred to work with Linh, the dealership (Penske) had a great reputation, and Linh never said "no", he was willing to work with me. Shane or Scott, I don't exactly remember his name was very helpful in getting the car set up and was easy to drive with on the test drive. Israel also was very efficient without being overly business, I never felt like I was being "handled" or "sold to". This was an overall excellent car buying experience and has turned me almost into an evangelist spreading the word about the positives of buying a new car. More

My experience at Penske Toyota was excellent. I had contacted Linh Lam ahead of our visit and made an appointment. Vu Trane explained all the financing and extras very concisely and let my husband and I discuss it in private. Shane went above and beyond with his duties - taking us on the test drive and handling the prep of our Camry. Just before we were leaving we noticed a small mark on the trunk. Went in because I had a check engine light. I was greeted by Dewayne and he was very helpful and friendly. My mechanic was Robert and he went into detail what was wrong with my car and even gave me some tips by Dewayne and he was very helpful and friendly.
