Being a girl in my early 20s, going in alone, I was a little nervous. Right off the bat, they made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had clearly, in a way I could comprehend AND without g little nervous. The two guys that helped me were Isidro and Jose. Isidro was amazing with communicating from start to finish and even followed up with me the next day to confirm I had all my paperwork and everything else I needed. The morning of service, Jose called me to let me know everything they found and broke down the costs with me before asking me if I’d like them to proceed with the service. I really appreciated their professionalism and help overall. I will definitely continue bringing my car and recommending this dealership to other Toyota owners.
