We called and talked to Eric . He was very responsive took the car in. They kept it for a couple days. Checked it out. Got the car back hopefully no other issues but he stated that any other problems to bring it in immediately and he will get it taken care of so I have not gotten paperwork on the car but hopefully the mechanical auto problems will be gone. Still have not received paperwork but that is the financial department not Eric still no response from the sales rep but I am not expecting one as he’s done his job so now it’s left to the others.

I spoke with Mr. Olson and must say that his customer service skills are non-existent. He was so arrogant and condescending that he made my blood boil. Needless to say, we ended up in a shouting match and I told him never to call my phone again. If anyone wants to call and apologize for the mistakes, contract alterations, and lack of empathy I'd gladly accept but NOT from Eric.
