In all fairness I dont know everyones names I dealt with that day except the salesperson. It was Monica and this complaint or review does not reflect her part in the deal. She tried everything she could to get me what I had wanted and each time someone else came back to tell me it just wasnt possible and to offer me to take a loan for the warranty.Knowing I couldnt do that but when I agreed they just kept raising the min. amt to 180 a month which just wasnt possiblle. After over 6 hours there I just wanted to get the truck and go home
