When I arrived, I was asked who I was there to see. I told them the name of the sales person. After what seemed like a longer than usual wait, due to the staff pulling some kind of prank on him, he met me at the vehicle. We went for a test drive. During the test drive, another staff member called him to discuss something that should have not been a conversation had in the presence of a customer. The salesman I was with, did tell them he was with a customer, but they wouldn't let it go. It was something about the previous prank they pulled on him. When we returned, I told him that I would like to buy the vehicle. He went in to start the paperwork and I had to go to my vehicle to get some things, but then also went in. The receptionist had me wait in the seating area for the salesman. I was, again, waiting for what seemed to be longer than expected. He came out to get me, or so I thought. Instead, he told me it would be just a minute. I replied, with "Okay, thank you." I continued to wait for longer than it took to look at the vehicle and do the test drive. Finally, he came back and started the conversation with a huge apology. Apparently, while I was waiting, they were selling the vehicle to another customer. They stated that because they test drove it before me, they had first opportunity to buy it and they were. I said well I told you I was coming from an hour and 20 minutes away, before they were ever in the picture. They apologized again and offered to show me their other inventory. Wow! Do you really think I am interested in giving you a nickel after that? You have wasted as much of my time and gasoline as you are ever going to. I would recommend the salesman I worked with, Dima Baicean, as he was as surprised as I was. Aside from that, I have nothing good to say about this dealership. More

Amanda got into a wrecked car for $24k and $37k after financing. Trunk got water in it after it’s first car wash with me. Front radar damaged, and several other issues after taking possession. I’m never coming back here again. Just a waste of time. And I put gas and no refunds. Eric the manager gave me the run around and blowed smoke up my anus for a week. Complete waste of my time. More
This dealership is horrible! I have had nothing but issues here. I bought a car and brought it home and a week later they decided to change the price so I took it back. I got another call a year later offering me 12,000 for my car so it is paid off and I told them I will give them one last chance. Now I get there and they want to give me 6,000 for my car. (of course the guy that told me 12,000 was off this day) I test drove a truck and within a mile it ran out of gas in the middle of Bell Rd! We were stuck on the road for almost an hour before Triple A helped us and the dealer never did anything about it. After being there for hours I left with them wanting over 33,000 for a used truck! I told them NOT to call me again and went to another dealership. As I got there the employee I had dealt with here text me. I proceed to get another 5 calls from this dealer, each time telling them NEVER to call me again. I am also filing a report for continued harassment! I only gave them 1 star because i had to. More

It was great experience. I was referred by one of my friend and James Piasecki was my service advisor and his vast knowledge really helped me to do better service for my Nissan Altima. James did proper follow ups and he has explained clearly about the issue and importance of those component and its replacement. Got complete satisfaction on the service. In fact it was my last min appointment for one of the major issue and right time James & team fixed and help me. Appreciate everyone for your support. More
I've been to alot of Nissans before and by far this one is the worst! I spent alot of money here getting my heater fixed. The technician they have there is lazy and rather than figure out why my heater doe is the worst! I spent alot of money here getting my heater fixed. The technician they have there is lazy and rather than figure out why my heater doesn't work, he'd rather install all new parts that could be wrong with my heater rather than checking which part was the bad one. They said I had 2 bad actuators which I was aware I have one bad open door actuator. What was not bad was the control valve in the hood but made me replace it. The more they replace the better commission the advisor and tech get. I went along with it because i had a long trip to take the following day. They broke my defroster cover in my car and made me replace it. My part was suppose to get there last week Thursday and I still haven't gotten a call from them to let me know if it's there. This place just cares about the money. The technician said he had trouble putting the part together because it was old. My problem was he could have said something so that I would have the chance to replace it there and then, Rather than leave it loose and come undone when im driving. That could have caused me an accident. I let them know about it and they were aware and try to make me be the bad guy. Once my part gets there I WILL NEVER AGAIN go to this Nissan location again. I'm in the market for a new vehicle but wouldn't consider it here. Military friends beware. More
