Service Advisor Took my Nissan 2018 Titan in for routine service and Steve Hollon was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job advising me and what procedures Peor Took my Nissan 2018 Titan in for routine service and Steve Hollon was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job advising me and what procedures Peoria Nissan was going to do. They applied Paint Treatment, changed oil/filter and did all the work in a very timely manner. Great first time experience I needed to repair my car since it was not starting so I called for a tow service which took a while to get where I was. Since it was getting late in I needed to repair my car since it was not starting so I called for a tow service which took a while to get where I was. Since it was getting late in the day, I was thinking my car was not going to get to the dealership on time. I got into contact with James and he was really nice throughout the whole process and he kept in contact with me. He stayed a little after 7:30pm to make sure the car was secure and I really appreciated that. He was very helpful when I came back the next day after the repair was done, giving me recommendations and taking the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate his help with everything and for keeping in contact with me. More

Advertise one price but try to sell it for much more Car was advertised on their website for $12,995. Out the door price without options should have been $15k. Their first offer was over $16k for just the car, had about $3k in options on top of that, and an out the door price of over $21k. This was not some base model new car that was advertised but not available, it was a used car that is still available over two weeks later. Obvious bait and switch, completely unethical, and possibly illegal. More
