I would go with misunderstanding if my husband and I did not walk away with the same impression. I understand that you are in the business to make money and selling a used car warranty on an new car is an easy way to get some cash. I was silly for thinking that a car dealer would be honest, lesson learned!

I gave Peoria Nissan every opportunity to play fair, and come to a solution to get out of this bad situation. I warned Vinnie the sales manager that if they couldn't help me fix this I would put it out on social media that Peoria Nissan is a difficult dealership and does things the "shady" way. Your dealership made out very good on my purchase that was less than fair, and less than honest. ONE sale made in your favor, but you have lost my business forever, and those that I will let know what happened. Is this really worth it in the end? I don't think so.
