I've been to alot of Nissans before and by far this one is the worst! I spent alot of money here getting my heater fixed. The technician they have there is lazy and rather than figure out why my heater doe is the worst! I spent alot of money here getting my heater fixed. The technician they have there is lazy and rather than figure out why my heater doesn't work, he'd rather install all new parts that could be wrong with my heater rather than checking which part was the bad one. They said I had 2 bad actuators which I was aware I have one bad open door actuator. What was not bad was the control valve in the hood but made me replace it. The more they replace the better commission the advisor and tech get. I went along with it because i had a long trip to take the following day. They broke my defroster cover in my car and made me replace it. My part was suppose to get there last week Thursday and I still haven't gotten a call from them to let me know if it's there. This place just cares about the money. The technician said he had trouble putting the part together because it was old. My problem was he could have said something so that I would have the chance to replace it there and then, Rather than leave it loose and come undone when im driving. That could have caused me an accident. I let them know about it and they were aware and try to make me be the bad guy. Once my part gets there I WILL NEVER AGAIN go to this Nissan location again. I'm in the market for a new vehicle but wouldn't consider it here. Military friends beware. More
Sales person was courteous, respectful and able to answer all my questions. Finance was to the point and not trying to over sell. I was in and out in approximately 90 minutes. Have been going to the service department for about 2 years so when looking for new cars we chose to check them out first and it was an insulting experience. Offered only $250 dollars for my husband's ca years so when looking for new cars we chose to check them out first and it was an insulting experience. Offered only $250 dollars for my husband's car and we were looking to buy 2 cars! Bought them somewhere else after we went in last night and they stopped someone from helping us because the one the wanted to assist us was on the phone. Not how you treat valued customers! More

GREAT SERVICE. PAUL HELPED GET MY CAR DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WITH A CAR WASH INCLUDED. ALSO, I WAS INVITED TO JOIN THEIR ANNUAL CATERED CHRISTMAS PARTY WHILE I WAITED FOR MY CAR. POLITE AND FRIENDLY P AN HOUR WITH A CAR WASH INCLUDED. ALSO, I WAS INVITED TO JOIN THEIR ANNUAL CATERED CHRISTMAS PARTY WHILE I WAITED FOR MY CAR. POLITE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORK AT THE PEORIA NISSAN DEALERSHIP AT THIS POINT IN TIME ... DECEMBER 2021. HOWEVER, THE PURCHASE OF MY ALTIMA, NISSAN IN 2015 WAS NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE. TOO MUCH COERCION AND DELAY. I WANTED MY SEBRING CAR KEYS RETURNED TO ME AFTER THEY CHECKED OUT MY TRADE-IN CAR, BUT I COULD NOT GET THEM WHEN ASKED. I WAS COERCED INTO MORE SALES RHETORIC AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT. I ALSO WANTED TO PAY CASH FOR MY NEW NISSAN VEHICLE, BUT COULD NOT MAKE THE OUT THE DOOR DEAL UNLESS I FINANCED. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL DAY, BUT I WAS EXASPERATED. I ENDED UP WRITING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEALERSHIP THAT IF I FINANCED THE CAR AND PAID CASH IN FULL THE NEXT DAY THAT I WOULD INCUR NO FINANCE CHARGES. THE NEXT DAY THERE WERE FINANCE CHARGES AMOUNTING TO MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. I WALKED BACK INTO THE DEALERSHIP AFTER PAYING IN FULL INCLUDING THE FINANCE CHARGES. I COULD NOT GET THE CASH FROM THE DEALERSHIP AS THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO MONTHS TO GO THROUGH THE SYSTEM. AT THAT POINT I REALLY WAS NOT HAPPY I HAD PURCHASED A CAR AT THE PEORIA DEALERSHIP. THEY FINALLY OFFERED ME FRY'S GIFT CARDS FOR THE CASH. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE EXPERIENCE WAS ONE I WILL NOT ENDURE AGAIN. More
