If you love getting tele-marketed, this is the company for you! I have changed my oil with them a few times over the years and they call me about twice a year trying to sell me a new car. Each time I ha for you! I have changed my oil with them a few times over the years and they call me about twice a year trying to sell me a new car. Each time I have had to ask them to remove me from their call list and not call. They ignore it each and every time. This week I have received 4 sales calls from them despite having asked them to stop each time. One on 5/24 and 3 today! I was at the doctor’s when the first called today and I sent to VM. They immediately called a second time so I took it as I did not know if it was an emergency or not. The caller ID did not indicate anything other than their number and the city. It was a sales call! I again asked them to stop. They called me again with a different salesman about an hour later. Exasperated, I have reported all 4 calls to the National Do Not Call Registry. I hope that gets them to stop. They used different numbers each time so I cannot block them. No identifying information to know who is calling. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They will hound you like crazy. Sleazy and illegal business practice! More
I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Peoria Nissan. Despite my loyalty as a Nissan customer and having purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership, I feel utterly let down by from Peoria Nissan. Despite my loyalty as a Nissan customer and having purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership, I feel utterly let down by the lack of attention to detail and care for my concerns. It is frustrating to think that issues such as the transmission mount causing clunking while driving $1,16.70 and the ABS actuator leaking $2,301.20 could have been addressed before my warranty expired, but were seemingly ignored until they could be conveniently charged for. Additionally, being told that I never reported or complained about these issues is simply unacceptable, especially considering that I specifically requested service checks to ensure any necessary maintenance was addressed. The exorbitant charges for services such as replacing the factory battery only add insult to injury, leaving me feeling taken advantage of and questioning the integrity of Peoria Nissan's practices. I don't want to put a star but it is required. More
appointment on Jan 22, 2024 7:00 AM, arrived early. Tyler the service consultant told me the wait time which was one hour longer the what I was told when making the appointment. Twenty minutes later Tyler the service consultant told me the wait time which was one hour longer the what I was told when making the appointment. Twenty minutes later Tyler told me that because or the rain they would have to cancel my appointment that day and reschedule. It took me over four weeks for the first appointment to be scheduled. I left frustrated about the attitude of the service personnel, they just don't seem interested in their customers. This is not the first time with service at this dealership that this has happened to me. More
Peoria Nissan is a bad dealership! Selling bad vehicles! I purchased a brand new Maxima – three years later the transmission went bad! Then I helped my son to purchase a new Pathf Selling bad vehicles! I purchased a brand new Maxima – three years later the transmission went bad! Then I helped my son to purchase a new Pathfinder from this dealership. Same thing – the transmission went bad and we had to pay $6,000.00 for a new transmission. Thirteen months later the warranty expired and the new transmission went bad! We took the car back to Peoria Nissan and they wanted to check it again. Four days later they called us to tell us that the transmission is actually good, but I need to replace the spark plugs, belts, etc. for $3,000.00 and it will be like new. Their service manager, Christopher told me that he has the finest technicians in the state working for him and if he said the transmission is good – that means the transmission is good. So I trusted him and again paid him $3,000.00. Took the car home and three days later the same problem. So I went to another Nissan dealership to check it and they told me it is a bad transmission. I took it back to Peoria Nissan and told them that the same problem is there again. Well, they want to check it again. We left the car there and two days later they call me to tell us that yes, the transmission is bad. I went to the dealership and talked again to the service manager, Christopher. He said that he is sorry again but that he will install a new transmission and won’t charge me for labor, just to pay $3,500.00 for parts. He said that he will call me when the parts get in, so that I could bring the Pathfinder back again. That was six months ago – every time I call he is not there. So there you go! I trusted the xxxxx. and got burned numerous times. So for goodness sake, take my advice and stay away from these xxxxx.'s More
HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. HAD A 7AM APPOINTMENT TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE, ARRIVED 6;45AM, FIRST IN LINE, HOWEVER, ALL EIGHT CARS BEHIND ME IN LINE WERE CHECKED IN B DEPARTMENT. HAD A 7AM APPOINTMENT TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE, ARRIVED 6;45AM, FIRST IN LINE, HOWEVER, ALL EIGHT CARS BEHIND ME IN LINE WERE CHECKED IN BEFORE ME AND THEIR CARS TAKING TO THE BACK. AT 8AM MY CAR WAS STILL WAITING TO GO INTO THE BAY. I WAS ADVISED TIMES ARE "NOT" APPOINTMENT TIMES, THEY ARE "CHECK-IN" TIMES. ALSO, ADVISED THEY CAN BRING THE CAR INTO THE SERVICE BAY AT 2:30PM IF THEY WANT TO. THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE IT TOOK 2.5 HOURS AFTER MY CHECK-IN TIME BEFORE THE CAR WAS BROUGHT INTO THE SERVICE BAY. DO NOT SCHEDULE SERVICE WITH PEORIA NISSAN More
Had the horn stop on my used Titan. Did research and determined it was the clock spring assembly. Decided too much for me to repair as it involved removing airbag and steering wheel. Did research and determined it was the clock spring assembly. Decided too much for me to repair as it involved removing airbag and steering wheel. Called PN parts for cost of this was quoted a price. talked with service, they quoted a total price of 7-750 for labor and parts. While truck was there being repaired, received email with other suggested services and the price of what I brought it in for had jumped $50. Went to pick it up and price had jumped another $75 plus dollars. With a little pushing, they took care of it. Then after I got the truck home and I had to drive it at night, I noticed my lights were not working the same. I have fog lights and Baja lights on the front that were operational when I took them in and was controlled by the headlight switch on the steering column, each light controlled separately. When I called and questioned them about this, they said the previous owner had modified the vehicle and the clock spring recommended was not the same as what was in the truck and the lights would not work. I argued that the service tech should have discussed this with us before continuing with the repair and said that the truck needed to operate the way it did when I brought it in. They agreed to look at it and see what could be done. So second trip in, they called later in the day, said they had wired the fog lamps in with the headlamps. Only works when headlamps are one, not separate. I asked about the Baja lights and was told those will not work. Again had to argue that the truck needs to be operating the way it did when I brought it to them and had to ask for a manager at that point. Waited for a couple of minutes and then was told manager was not in but my service guy said to bring truck back (third time now), and they would see about putting a toggle switch in. They did so. However, it was a shoddy job. Put in a one inch long switch next to two other toggles I have installed right under the ignition that are basically flush with dash board (buttons). One would think if they had any pride in their work, they would have tried to match it up with the others. Sticks way out, is not centered with the other switches and come to find out, when I remove the keys, the toggle switch gets engaged by the keys and the Baja lights come on without me knowing until I return to the truck. Today the lights were on for 3-4 hours. So now I have to worry about if the lights will get tripped on and sit all night to where I come out and have a dead battery. Not tied into the ignition like they were originally. Granted they did not charge my for this but what a crappy job. I went to these guys because; 1. they were Nissan, 2. my daughter had used them in the past and was happy with their service. Not me, never again. Oh I even asked them to look at my tailgate lock as it was not working and they quoted me $600, Me and my brother-in-law spent about an hour or so on it, found out a locking washer had fallen off, replaced it and it is working like new.
