Cory is the best service manager ever. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase my Subaru from this agency as the high pressure salesperson that took care of me was " a turn off'. I placed an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that ther dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that there a lot of hangover from the previous days work so they didn’t know when they would get to my car. I left and heard nothing until I called at 3:00 PM and was told that my car hadn’t even been looked at and could I pick it up the following day? I replied that is not good for me but can try and make that happen. Then I get a call 45 minutes later from the shuttle driver stating they are on their way? I asked if my car was done and she replied that I wouldn’t have called if it wasn’t. I have had work completed on my car twice and this is the same issue both times. Service is backed up and nobody calls to tell you what is going on. We have a Lexus, Chevy and Volkswagen as well and never have any such issues at those dealerships. More

After discussion with scheduling lady we made an appointment for Monday at 11:00 AM. Then I received an email saying it was Tuesday at 7:15 AM. After calling again was told by scheduling that computer wouldn’t let appointments be entered for Monday so it was put in for Tuesday to alert Brandon. I received more emails about Tuesday & started getting phone calls on Monday about Tuesday appointment. When I went to Monday 11:00 AM appointment like scheduling lady kept telling me to do, Brandon was totally unaware of my appointment &/or problem. He was very nice, surprised at scheduling but fixed car. Your scheduling issues should be fixed - it’s very time consuming & annoying for customers. . . & very disheartening to arrive & no one has ever heard of you. More

This Dealership is awesome when we walked in we didn't know what to expect. But we were greeted with smiles and friendly people and they helped us find a really awesome car. Troy was amazing and helped us know what to expect. But we were greeted with smiles and friendly people and they helped us find a really awesome car.
