Long time there. Bob Shotwell was great and very patient. He got us the car we wanted in a short time. But, We changed our minds on the extended warranty and the GAP and have been calling this last week to have it taken off but he has not called us back. Plus he did not tell us about the pricing on either and it is $4000 over the price of the car. We are heading over to the dealership today to talk with the Manager. More

Honestly Helpful People We made multiple trips to the Dealership. From our initial visit our Sales Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good test drive We made multiple trips to the Dealership. From our initial visit our Sales Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good test drive (city streets and Highway) to make sure the Subaru Ascent was responsive and comfortable. The Sales Representative worked with us to find an Ascent that matched our choices (colors and options). It was in transit to the Dealership so we reserved it. When the vehicle came in we also test drove the car. When it can time to buy the Ascent the Finance Officer outlined the benefits of financing versus a larger down payment. He also informed us of the protection coverages offered to give us a good piece of mind in the ownership of the vehicle. He also worked with us to resolve our uncertainties. The Dealership really worked to make us happy and be part of the Subaru Family. More

Service itself was good; Reservation for appointment, not! I initially made the appointment via the website. Big mistake...there is no correlation between the website the the service center. However, when I decided to call the service center to confirm my appointment (no confirmation from the website), I was told that I would be charged for the service. I complained about the initial appointment via the website, but the service center rep said that they couldn't do anything about it. Perhaps whoever reads this review can. More
