Routine oil change Dan is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and a very dirty car. Peoria Subaru no longer washes customer vehicles Dan is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and a very dirty car. Peoria Subaru no longer washes customer vehicles on the premises ( a service I greatly miss) and at my last visit, there were no car wash vouchers. Dan said there were no vouchers again, but when I Went back to pick up my vehicle, he had managed to find one somewhere and gave it to me. More

Buying my first Subaru! I stopped at the Peoria Subaru as I was looking to purchase an SUV, either Honda, Toyota or Subaru. After research for the best SUV's, Subaru was my I stopped at the Peoria Subaru as I was looking to purchase an SUV, either Honda, Toyota or Subaru. After research for the best SUV's, Subaru was my first stop. Josh Sullivan explained and showed me the different types of SUV's available, after I told him what I was looking for. He proved knowledgeable, listened well, communicating effectively on different aspects of the vehicle. I test drove an SUV that day,making an appointment to return the next day. I was treated respectfully, given space to consider my potential purchase, and also felt that Josh had my best interest in this sale. I did purchase a 2019 Subaru Forester that day and I love it! I have owned Honda's since 2003, the last is a 2016 Honda Accord EXL. Yet I believe today that Honda has some serious competition with Subaru! Josh took the time, after financing was completed ,to review the features of the SUV with me. He is an exceptional sales man! Anthony was respectful, supportive of his salesman, and considerate of my needs. When I needed help to program my garage door opener, and Josh was not working at the time, Luigi called and walked me through steps to rectify the problem. He was very helpful, following up with me as he said that he would. Josh called later and is continuing to work with me to get the garage door opener linked to the SUV. Amazing customer service I had to take my truck in for a few recall repairs at Moore Chrysler Jeep and Subaru in Peoria. They were great! I had called another Dodge dealership I had to take my truck in for a few recall repairs at Moore Chrysler Jeep and Subaru in Peoria. They were great! I had called another Dodge dealership in Phoenix and they were rude and extremely unprofessional. When I called Moore, I got Dustin in the service department. He was informative, honest and helped me schedule my appointment on a day they could give me a loaner. They gave me an amazing Subuaru for a loaner and had all the repairs done in less than 24 hours! Every person I came in contact with were so nice and professional. Great place and top notch service! More

Their prices are fair and discount coupons are available. Scheduling is easy and if done ahead of time, they provide a loaner vehicle. More
