We did receive a couple of non-specific emails promoting the dealership. We were greeted warmly by Tristan and Aaron, and given opportunity to drive the Forester in which we had expressed interest. To make a long story short, we left about three hours later, having closed the deal. We negotiated a price which I felt was fair. Tristan and Aaron have since called a couple of times to follow up, and to answer any questions. We were impressed with their genuine desire to make us satisfied customers. More

Good experience overall Went for an outback, Tristan had one ready to go within 15 minutes, we test drove it, and had the paperwork going soon after. It appears I should have been charged not more than $2,110. I was trying to Purchase a White Crosstrek from Peoria Subaru. Your Salesman would not hold the Crosstrek for me, for a few days, while I withdrew funds from my 401K. When I checked back with Peoria Subaru on 03/25/17 the White Crosstrek had been sold so I went to Subaru Superstore and purchased a White Cross.trek from them. After paying only $2,330 for an 84M/100K/$0D Added Security Service Plan, I will purchase my next Subaru at Subaru Superstore and save some money. More

I don't get anything for it but I just want him to know how much I appreciate how he handled the whole process. I couldn't have been happier. I dreaded doing this, buying a car has always been an absolute nightmare. Until now, I still can't believe how painless it was. I couldn't recommend this place more and I look forward to buying a car from their again (or at least sending my friends over). More
