Shady dealership don't go there. Wife took Subaru Tribeca in for a safety recall and also have a coolant leak looked at. The service department was stated the head gasket was blown and she needed a new motor. However, we went to another shop and found out that the lower radiator hose needed to be replaced which was $200. I'm not sure if Subaru Corporate realizes this dealership is this dishonest. But it doesn't look good for the brand. More

I notic I felt compelled to write this review after receiving exccellent assistance from Chris. Here is my story... I bought a new Legacy 8 DAYS ago. I noticed day 2 after taking it home that there was a pretty bad scratch/dent on the rear bumper. On a side note I had not driven the car more than 25 miles since purchasing and always put in my garage. Well, I called the dealership to tell them about the damage (that obviously was there at delivery) I honesstly expected to old song and dance that dealers give you...the whole sorry cant help youre screwed. Well this is where I was pleasently surprised... I was transferred to Chris the manager in the sales dept. He listened to my whole story and invited my into the store so he could personally look at the vehicle and see what he could do to help. Again I expected the complete line of BS you usually get from a car dealer. Well when I showed up Chris looked at the damage on my car and without any hesitation offered to set an appt with his body shop and get me a rental while it is being repaired. I was so happy I could have hugged him. The work is being done as I type this. I just hope it turns out awesome!! I will follow up with a review of the body shop. I actually had a 2015 Subaru Outback I bought several years ago from Peoria Sub I, too, went into Peoria Subaru with no intention of purchasing a car. I actually had a 2015 Subaru Outback I bought several years ago from Peoria Subaru and was having service performed to it. As I waited for my car to be serviced, I decided I'd take a look around at the newer models. I had some questions and was directed to Jeff Glazier for assistance. Jeff showed me several vehicles but my heart was still drawn to the Subaru Outback. After sitting and talking and then entering into a great negotiating session, I decided to purchase another (2017) Subaru Outback. Jeff was neither pushy or intimidating. He was knowledgeable and interested on what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I would definitely highly recommend Jeff to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru from Peoria Subaru Dealership!
