Early Arrival I arrived early with granddaughter because of schedule for other appointments/ errands in Peoria. Service Good, I just took my Highlander in for routine maintenance, but still Amanda told me almost exactly how long it would be before it was finished and that she I just took my Highlander in for routine maintenance, but still Amanda told me almost exactly how long it would be before it was finished and that she would be at lunch then so Ben would finish things up with me. Both did a great job. Unfortunately there weren’t any car washes that day so I didn’t get that portion of my service. Also, I made my appointment online which worked well. But there is either a website or training issue in those cases because I just got an email about missing my appointment. This has happened every time I have made my appointment online and is really annoying. At least this time it was after the appointment versus getting an erroneous ”appointment cancellation” email in the past. More

Service-oil change Went in for an oil change after making an on-line reservation. Got our vehicle in on time. Requested an oil change before a trip to Florida. Brakes were inspected but wheels were never removed. Spare tire had air pressure checked. But spare tire storage was unable to access due to material stored in back. How was that checked?? More
